Loss Mitigation works to negotiate mortgage terms for the homeowner that will prevent foreclosure. COMPENSATION AND COSTSBroker/Listing Agent/Client will be charged for 3rd Party Processor & Negotiator ’s services according to the following: A non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) is due with a complete package. Retainer payment to Alternate Options Inc. can be made by following the instructions below. 1% (one percent) of the purchase price is due at the time of the Closing. EFFORT AND OUTCOME3rd Party Processor & Negotiator agrees to use his/her best efforts in the processing and negotiating for the Broker/Listing Agent/Client in this matter; however, Broker/Listing Agent/Client acknowledges that 3rd Party Processor & Negotiator has given no assurances regarding the outcome of this or any matter.TERMINATIONBy 3rd Party Processor & Negotiator – 3rd Party Processor & Negotiator reserves the right to withdraw from this matter if Broker/Listing Agent/Client fails to honor this agreement or for any just reason as permitted or required under the appropriate Professional Code of this state. Notification, in writing shall be made to Broker/Listing Agent/Client. By Broker/Listing Agent/Client– Broker/Listing Agent/Client reserves the right to terminate the processing and negotiations for cause or without cause. Notification, in writing, shall be made to 3rd Party Processor & Negotiator. CONSTRUCTIONThis agreement contains the entire agreement of 3rd Party Processor & Negotiator and Broker/Listing Agent/Client covering this matter regarding fees and expenses to be paid relative hereto.
